How the Referral Program Works
The Referral Partner Program is designed for agencies, consultants, designers, and professionals who want to earn extra income by connecting their clients with a trusted branded merchandise partner.
- Refer: Submit your client via our referral form or email introduction.
- We Manage: The Brand Portal handles quoting, artwork, production, and delivery.
- You Get Paid: You receive a one-time referral fee on the client’s first order.
What You Earn
Referral Fee Structure
- One-time referral fee for each new client.
- 20% of product profit on the first qualifying order.
- Paid after the order is fully paid and delivered.
Product profit = selling price – product cost, excluding sales tax, shipping, credit card fees, supplier setup fees, rush charges, and other pass-through costs.
Simple Example
Your referred client places a $1,000 product order. Our product cost is $600.- Product profit: $1,000 – $600 = $400
- Your referral fee (20% of profit): $80
Taxes, shipping, and pass-through fees are not included in the profit calculation.
Who Does What?
Your Role
- Identify clients who need branded merchandise.
- Make a warm introduction to The Brand Portal.
- Optionally stay in the loop, but no need to manage details.
The Brand Portal’s Role
- Consult with your client on products and ideas.
- Provide quotes, handle artwork and approvals.
- Manage production, shipping, and customer support.
- Invoice the client directly and complete the order.
